I understand that I will find the property, its furniture and equipment in a good and clean condition and I undertake to leave it in the same state as found. In the event of there being any difficulties or cause for complaint I will inform the owners or their representatives immediately so they may make every effort to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. Rental periods are always from (4.00pm) to (10.00am) unless stated otherwise. Changeover days will vary - please check with owner about this.

Please always confirm availability with the owner(s) before filling in the booking form. The owner(s) will be happy to reserve the property to allow time for your deposit to arrive. Your reservation will then be confirmed by the owner(s) and you will be invoiced you for the remainder.
