There has been much talk and a great
deal of confusion about the recent legislation on French swimming pool
safety. This legislation has already changed several times since the
first proposals were voiced last year (2003). Further revisions by the
French government are expected and it is therefore difficult to ensure
that any information is always up-to-date.
What is clear is that there is a great
deal of scare-mongering, profiteering and mis-information circulating.
Where On Earth and World One Call (and their associates, affiliates
and subsidiaries) are anxious that only the correct
information is made available to our members. For this reason, we have
removed any previous information that was displayed on this page.

and guidance on how to proceed without being taken for a ride. Please
remember that many emails currently circulating amongst holiday property
