UK One Call manages a centralised property availability database for thousands of private owners. This means that we can provide availability information in seconds that might otherwise take days of costly phoning around.

Once you have found a property you like using our database, we provide contact details to enable you to book the accommodation directly with the owner (or their representative). We do not charge you for this service - we make our money by charging property owners a small annual fee to list with us. And, although your booking contract is with the property owner, we take every effort to ensure that all properties we list are of a standard that will uphold the excellent reputation of UK One Call.
